Hi, consider including this type of example in the lesson. By the time i read the whole lesson i thought it was necessary to have a short pronoun even though it doesn’t explicitly say that.

I checked the lesson and we have two sentences showing this case showing how you can drop the short pronoun if the sentence doesn't start with the "A + person": 
(Le) robaron la moto el otro día a su vecino.
(Les) cantaron una canción a Pedro y Pablo por su despedida.
It is in the block titled "Unnamed but known person"
