subjunctive mood

Not sure why the subjunctive mood is apparently triggered by Aún in thefirst line? Is it because the sentence refers to something that has not actually happened?

It's the negation in a relative clause - no hay ningun país + que that leads to the subjunctive being used.

This is because the person is referring to something unknown, non-existent, or not yet identified.

Words like no, ningun, nadie in relative clauses lead to the use of the subjunctive.
