Sabroso vs sabor

The last sentence of Cachapas is: es de un sabroso que ni te imaginas. Why not: es de un sabor que ni te imaginas.??

Hola Bert

This sentence using an adjective (instead of a noun, as explained in our lesson - we tagged the lesson by mistake) is also correct. It could also use the noun "sabor":

Es de un sabor que ni te imaginas.

But there is also an even more colloquial and advance structure expressing the same, but using an adjective:

Es de un sabroso que ni te imaginas.

It's so yummy that you can't imagine (~ you wouldn't imagine how yummy)

Es de un aburrido que te duermes.

It's so boring that you'd go to sleep.

¡Mi hija es de un presumido...!

My daughter is so vain...!

I took note of this and we will consider it for a more advance lesson.

I hope this clarified it.

Saludos
