Reflexive verb -which is correct?

Te peinas,peinarte which is correct?

Se Miran, mirarse which is correct?

If both are right, can we use any one of this?

You wouldn't use peinarte or mirarse on their own. They would be used where you have  a sentence where an infinitive comes after a conjugated verb in Spanish e.g. Tu tienes que peinarte el pelo or necesitas peinarte el pelo[there are quite a few of these]. You also see this when a verb follows a preposition e.g. después de peinarte el pelo.
