Not really, "para" is part of the whole structure/expression. It's "arreglárselas para hacer algo". The only time when you can drop it is when you use the verb itself for this general expression "¿Cómo te las arreglas?" or "¿Cómo te las estás arreglando?" meaning "How are you getting on [with things in general]? - so here you don't need to add more context.
