Is there a way to turn off the english hints?

During the quizes, it translates it into english without asking me. I'd love to have the option of not having the english there as it takes away learning opportunities. Can I remove it?

At the moment, we don't have that tool, but we'll pass your suggestion on to the team for consideration. It's definitely something that could enhance the experience of students who are looking for an extra challenge.
