Hi Inma, a suggestion, give an example with decir. Or would this be incorrect? E.g. Le dijo a ella. He told her. (She is affected in some way by him telling her).
Dativo de interés is more for cases where the indirect object pronoun reflects the person affected by the action in a more unusual way. With the verb decir (to say something to someone) the dativo (indirect object) is quite clear and this is why we haven't included decir in that lesson.
Le dijo a ella... would probably click better in our lesson about repetition of indirect objects.
