Hi,Would it not be Usted estas palido ? Instead of:
Usted está pálido.You are pale.

Hola Anna

Although  and usted both refer to "you" singular, they have different conjugations. For usted you need the 3rd person singular, as in he/she.

I think that since it is in a formal form, then it’s conjunction is in 3rd body form
