Today we are going to discover the Rioja Alavesa, an area in the north of Spain. If you like wine, there are different routes with interesting aspects about this drink. In this area you can visit wineries and taste very good wines. Also, you can eat at local restaurants and have excellent pintxos. My favorite pintxo is called zapatilla, it's a piece of toast with a slice of Serrano ham.
