What a boost of energy I have right now! I just got out of my spinning class and I'm elated. I burned 500 calories in an hour and I did 30 kilometers. However, the class was fairly difficult because there were 3 mountain passes and we couldn't remove the resistance on the bike. That's why my legs are tired and I need to stretch more before returning home to avoid aches and pains tomorrow.
