Today we're going to meditate in the forest. Sit comfortably on the grass, close your eyes and breathe deeply. Listen to the birds singing around you. Now, feel the sun gently warming your face. Enjoy this pleasant sensation. Inhale air for a count of ten, and then exhale very slowly. Relax your shoulders and jaw. Connect with the gentle sound of the wind. Be grateful for this moment of calm and silence. Now, open your eyes slowly and breathe deeply.
