There are many delicious cheeses in Spain. Manchego cheese from La Mancha is made from sheep's milk. Idiazábal cheese, which comes from the Basque Country, is also famous. Cabrales cheese is blue and strong. It comes from Asturias, in the north. Mahón cheese is from the Balearic Islands. This cheese has a mild flavour. Finally, Tetilla cheese is typical of Galicia. It has a fun cone shape.
