Maria hopes that 2025 will be her year of change. She has been thinking about everything she could improve to feel happier. First, she plans to eat a healthier and more balanced diet. To do this, she has to spend more time preparing homemade meals full of nutrients. In addition, she is proposing to incorporate exercise into her daily routine little by little. These two goals are going to be extremely difficult to achieve, but it is all about getting down to it and getting used to it. Also, she would like to start saving seriously and stop spending money on unnecessary things. With all that money saved, she could take a trip to some special place that she has always dreamed of. Any time of the year is the most suitable to implement positive changes in our lives, but the beginning of the year is the most typical.
