One of the biggest challenges of the "zero waste" lifestyle is to avoid plastic packaging. Many products come in single-use packaging, making it difficult to make purchases without producing waste. It is necessary to look for stores that allow you to bring your own containers or choose loose products. Another challenge is finding alternatives to conventional personal hygiene and beauty products. Many come in plastic containers and contain unecological ingredients. Therefore, it is important to investigate and test solid, refillable products or from brands committed to sustainability.
