Sara has to deal with a really noisy downstairs neighbour. In this exercise you'll practise El Pretérito Perfecto Compuesto, ordinal numbers, prepositions and indefinite adjectives.

I live on a third floor [US: fourth floor] in the center of Valencia. I am very comfortable in my house but the neighbour downstairs is too noisy. He is always playing the electric guitar until very late and he also turns the television volume up. Sometimes it's frustrating! Also, I can't sleep well at night. I have talked to him to reach an agreement.
