A good reason to take a nap is that it has many health benefits. When we sleep for 20 minutes, we reduce our stress and contribute to significant improvements in our learning capabilities. And guess what! The most productive companies are the ones which allow their workers to take a nap during the day. Other advantages of napping are reduced blood pressure and an increase in concentration. Will you be able to resist napping now that you know all its benefits?
