Unlike in English, in Spanish you do not convert surnames into a plural form when we refer to a family by their surname, for example "the Smiths", "the Rogers". The article is pluralised but not the surname. For example:
Always use the masculine plural article "los" and do not add an -s or -es to the surnames to make them plural. This is incorrect:
Hoy visitamos a los Garcías.
