As you can see in the examples above, the possessives nuestro and vuestro agree in gender and number with the noun they modify.

Sometimes these forms are placed after the nouns they are referring to. In these cases it is more expressive. You use it, for example, when talking of a special friend or relative.

Ella es prima nuestra.
She is a cousin of ours.
