Here is a selection of the most interesting answers I collected during a street survey in which I was asking people how they pictured the city of tomorrow. - Future? What future? Before wondering about what could be, it would be wise to consider what we're doing now. Unless those who govern us take the warnings seriously, we should resign ourselves to a pretty bleak picture. - I hope that the city of tomorrow will be greener. After engineers have perfected driverless cars, there won't be any more traffic jams, which will help significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Whether it be through indoor gardens or vertical gardens, green spaces will be created to make urban life more enjoyable. People will learn from our generation, and they'll build a new way of life more in harmony with the planet we depend on.

Clever stuff happening!
