Its founding members, Manuel de la Calva and Ram\u00f3n Arcusa, are singer-songwriters, record producers and actors. The song <em>Resistir\u00e9<\/em> was a hit in 1988 and had a resurgence when Pedro Almodovar included it on the soundtrack of his film <em>\u00a1\u00c1tame!<\/em> (known as <em>Tie me up! Tie me down!<\/em> in English) in 1990. During the 2020 pandemic lockdown people started playing it from their balconies so much that it has become an literal song of resistance and a new version sung by modern artists has been recorded for charity.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the original version.
